Sebring's entire downtown is a designated 1920s Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places. You'll feel as if you've stepped back in time until you enter the varied array of unique boutiques and galleries and see the great selections of fashionable apparel, jewelry, gifts, home decor, art and pottery they have to offer.
Destination Downtown special events are held often throughout the year. Art Exhibit Openings at the Yellow House Gallery are also always on the second Fridays from 5- 8 pm.

The Cultural Center at West Center and Lakeview Drive is a must see place to visit. The Highlands Art League's Artist Village features the MOTA- Highlands Museum of the Arts, Yellow House Gallery , Visual Arts Center and Clovelly House. The Sebring Historical Society and Highlands Little Theatre are also located here. The Beach at City Pier is open for swimming in Lake Jackson, and all of the nearby cultural attractions and outdoor sculptures make the trip to the waterfront downtown worth a visit!
